Welcome to the chapter page for the Rochester affiliate of the American Council Of The Blind Of New York (RACB). this page will give you contact and meeting information for us. Relax and look around. Come join us at a meeting, whether you live in Rochester or are visiting, you are always welcome.
The purpose of Rochester ACB shall be to promote the economic, social and cultural well-being of Rochester area residents who are blind or visually impaired, and to represent them to the state and national organizations of the American Council of the Blind.

RACB is currently revising its fund raiser, and we have no firm plans. Check back here to find out what we're up to.
RACB meets on the third Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise announced, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Keenan's Restaurant 1010 East Ridge Road. If you are interested in attending a meeting, please leave a message on the RACB voice mail at the number listed below. Members are reminded that they should use this number to let the officers know if you will be attending the meeting so that the restaurant will have an accurate count for dinner.
